Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

The 14-day trial needs no payment. Nothing is charged when it ends.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a monthly or annual plan renewal from Billing at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; no partial-period refunds are issued automatically.

One-time licence

The Professional License is a one-time purchase.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, no access is granted for it and you can try again from Billing. Payments that succeed but don't show straight away are re-checked automatically.

Duplicate or accidental payments

If you were charged twice or by mistake, contact support with your payment reference. We review each request and refund confirmed duplicate charges through Paystack.

Enterprise contracts

Organization and enterprise agreements follow the terms in the agreement.

How to request a refund

Email support with your account email, payment reference and reason. Refunds, where approved, are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank.
