Terms of Service

Draft for review by Fahtel Digital Hub before public launch. This document will be updated as FAHMS develops.

FAHMS provides technology and workflow tools. It does not replace the professional judgment of qualified healthcare professionals.

Eligibility

FAHMS is for healthcare and imaging professionals and the organizations they work for. You must provide accurate professional information.

Your account

Keep your password and transfer passphrase private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't share credentials. A lost transfer passphrase can't be recovered by FAHMS.

Professional information and verification

You must not misrepresent your identity or qualifications. Verification labels reflect an administrator's review; they are not a licence.

Organization accounts

Organization owners and admins manage members and roles. Organization roles never grant access to encrypted clinical content on their own.

Trials, subscriptions and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are shown on the Pricing page and processed by Paystack. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the end of each period until you cancel; access continues to the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual property and user content

FAHMS software and branding belong to Fahtel Digital Hub. Studies, reports and other content you create remain yours or your organization's.

Clinical and professional responsibility

You are responsible for having the right to access images you open, for your clinical interpretations and reports, and for complying with professional and local regulations. See the Clinical Disclaimer.

AI limitations

Any future AI features will be assistive only and their output must be reviewed by a qualified professional.

Third-party and PACS integrations

Live PACS connections are not active yet. When available, organizations are responsible for authorizing and configuring them.

Availability, maintenance and security

We aim to keep FAHMS available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and change features.

Termination

You may stop using FAHMS at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

FAHMS is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Fahtel Digital Hub is not liable for clinical decisions or for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law

The governing law and dispute forum will be confirmed by Fahtel Digital Hub before public launch.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes.
